Who are we and what do we do?

Mei Avivim was founded in 2010 by virtue of the Water and Sewage Corporations Law, 2001, and is obligated to operate in accordance with this law and its regulations and standards, which may be periodically updated.

The company operates 24/7 and is charged with setting up and operating preventative maintenance and repair activities of water, sewage, and drainage networks by utilizing the best resources available, adopting innovative technologies, and empowering human resources at the managerial, professional, and societal levels. 

Excellence in Customer Service

Customer service is one of the pillars of our company. Mei Avivim strives for continuous improvement and outstanding service. All company, operational, and service-related work processes and procedures are measured monthly to assess their impact on customer satisfaction. Additionally, we make intelligently informed decisions regarding service or operational failures and treat them as opportunities to improve and learn.

Investing in Our Employees and in the Community

Mei Avivim invests in and encourages the professional empowerment of its employees by providing training, courses, and seminars to maintain and expand skills. We also volunteer within the community. 

Additionally, we view our contractors and suppliers as partners in promoting and meeting the company’s goals.

Quality, Safety and Innovation

Mei Avivim operates in accordance with the Code of Ethics developed in collaboration with its employees and works to adopt and implement quality standards such as ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2015, and a corporate social responsibility report.

The company maintains the work safety of its employees and its on-site facilities throughout the city and invests in training, safety equipment, and oversight and enforcement vis-à-vis its employees and contractors.

The company adopts innovative and advanced processes, technologies, and methods that contribute to greater work efficiency, a reduction of costs, and improved services for residents. 

Planning and Transparency

Mei Avivim operates in compliance with the relevant legal regulations and standards. Management works on the basis of emphasized work plans, both regarding risks and opportunities. Work plans have defined goals and metrics to gauge output that ensure efficiency and continual improvement in the work processes.
